For those of you that took the plunge with the Zaxcom Nomad, you may be aware that there's an upgrade available for $150 that will give you more recordable tracks e.g. Nomad 6 will become a Nomad 10. This upgrade is already available but the current firmware (3.13) doesn't know of it. Therefore, wait until v4 firmware is sorted, but at the same time get it before end of December as the price goes up in the new year!
